General conditions
The prices are indicated per apartment, per week (full occupancy). During the main tourist season the apartments are rented only from Saturday till Saturday.
In any case, don’t hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, would take into account your special requirements.
All prices include: VAT, water, heating, electricity, outdoor private parking, cleaning every other day (if the apartment is available within 10.00 a.m. and except on Sundays and holidays) of bedrooms and bathrooms (excluding kitchens), final cleaning (after inspection and with deposit), bed linen with weekly change, towels with midweek change, WI-FI connection, ski/bike room with a ski boot dryer,garden with sun loungers and children’s playground.
To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax (over 14 years old).
Additional services (for a fee): token-operated washing machine and tumble dryer, fresh bread delivery, farm eggs and milk.
Pets are not accepted.
Reservation is considered binding only after the payment of the requested deposit.
Cancellation policy:
Check-in: from 4 p.m. till 9 p.m. (after 9 p.m. upon prior agreement).
Check-out: till 9 a.m.
Smoking is not allowed in all apartments. In our apartments are not allowed visits by customers who do not stay at Les Pizades.
Trip cancellation insurance!
We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.

- More than 3 months before arrival, no penalty (the deposit will be not refunded, but can be reused within one year of cancellation)
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, cancellation penalty 40% of the total price of your stay
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, cancellation penalty 70% of the total price of your stay
- 1 week before arrival and less, cancellation penalty 90% of the total price of your stay
